As a real estate broker currently affiliated with Century 21 Carole White Associates, I work with clients in the entire Boston area, specializing in the West Roxbury neighborhood. I offer both buyer and seller agency, but never in the same transaction (dual agency). While you will find other brokers who offer dual agency, I remain committed to one side only in each transaction, thereby offering true and sole representation.
BUYERS:
With a contract for a buyer client, I offer both personal and professional knowledge of the area and it's resources. I provide current market data as well as in-depth personalized research on properties of interest. When you are ready to make an offer, you should do so confidently because of the information you have gained. While my loyalty is to you - the buyer client, this service is typically paid for out of the commission funds set aside by the seller. It is a wise choice to become educated and have professional representation (just as most sellers do!) on such an important investment.
SELLERS:
With a contract representing a seller, my loyalty remains with the seller client. You are provided with an in-depth market analysis of your property while being continually informed of what transactions are taking place in your neighborhood. I offer an intense advertising and marketing campaign to reach as many buyers as possible. The benefit of my efforts, combined with a team of highly trained professionals, is to guide you through a smooth transaction while obtaining the highest price possible for your home.
