Your ready to close, now what?
Now that you have successfully navigated the most difficult part of the transaction process, having gone through the offer stage, home inspections, purchase and sales, mortgage process etc., now only the joy of closing on the sale of your own home awaits.
Although this is normally the easy part of the transaction process, there are still some finishing touches that need to be properly organized in order for the closing to go as smoothly as possible
The good news is that the agents and staff of Century 21 Carole White Associates will be there with you right up through the closing—and hopefully beyond. Our job is not complete until you have the keys to your new home in hand.

We have also provided you with checklists for moving—for both buyers and sellers—because there is obviously a difference between moving into or out of a new home
