A "Consultative" Approach...

The agent staff at Century 21 Carole White Associates are professionally trained real estate consultants--as opposed to “sales people” you may find elsewhere. There is a significant difference between the two. At Century 21 Carole White Associates, we make sure that every agent affiliated with our firm gets the very best training available on all aspects of real estate sales, including: agency representation, disclosure laws, basic finance, and their fiduciary duties—to name a few.

Each agent is also required to go through an intensive, long-term “mentoring program” wherein less experienced agents work alongside agents with more experience until such a time as we determine the agent is ready to service our client’s needs.

The bottom line is we insist that all our agents are not only properly trained, but that they provide their clients with not just any answer, but the correct answer to any and all questions related to the sale.

We believe that a real estate consultant is a knowledgeable guide who helps you through every step in the transaction process from first contact to closing. A real estate consultant has the experience to help you overcome unforeseen obstacles that sometimes arise during a transaction and can clearly explain what your options are so that you may make the best decision for your unique situation.
