Technology Support Services
Century 21 Carole White Associates is a market leader in innovation, and we
embrace sophisticated and effective technology systems in order to advance our client’s interests. Two of
our most successful systems are Leadrouter and TransactionLive—each are designed to effect a smoother
transactional experience as well to ensure our clients are kept informed of all transaction details from
contract to closing.
LeadRouter
The Century 21 Carole White Associates LeadRouter Program is a web-based system that captures leads
from prospective homebuyers, from both the Internet and direct-to-office calls, and then matches the lead
information with the most appropriate sales associate. Converting data to voice, the LeadRouter system
instantly informs the sales associates of the lead via phone or designated communication vehicle—such as
email or text messaging. This enables sales associates to respond to consumers within minutes of receiving
the request. In today’s world, response time is critical--and this groundbreaking technology guaranties a
quick response and offers a higher-level of customer service.
Transaction Live

Century 21 Carole White Associate’s TransactionLive system is a secure online transaction management
service that enables parties involved in real estate transactions--such as buyers, sellers, attorneys and
agents--to view the transaction documents online. This web-based transaction management application
offers an array of functionality, including:
- Paperless document management: storage, and distribution, with faxing and e-mailing them into and out of the transaction management software, and making them securely accessible online by authorized parties to a transaction
- Task management: by agent and by property, action plans, e-mail reminders, reports of
pending or past due tasks, and a variety of e-mail notification options. - Correspondence management: e-mail or fax, organize all communications by transaction, archive/record all communications.
- Calendar management: automatically putting all action plan tasks, key dates, and ‘to do’ list items on a centralized calendar.
- Archiving of transactions: storing data, communications, documents, and tasks, and giving the user the option to download all data to their local computer if they wish.
- Contact management: tracking of who the participants and vendors are in every listing or transaction, and storing their contact information within the transaction for ease of communication.
